INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vanilla extract paste
1 bottle Champagne
DIRECTIONS
In a pot over medium-high heat, combine grapefruit juice, orange juice, cinnamon stick and sugar. Cook until it coats a spoon, then add vanilla extract paste. Cool over an ice bath. For each serving, add 2 tablespoons to a glass of Champagne.
