1 tsp. maple syrup
8 oz. coffee stout
1-1/2 oz. Canadian whiskey
Heavy cream, whipped until thickened
Maple granules
Fresh rosemary sprig


Combine maple syrup and coffee stout. Stir until fully incorporated. Add whiskey and pour the drink into a Collins or rocks glass. Evenly top off the cocktail with thickened cream and scatter maple granules around on top. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
